Training Advice and Consultancy
Northern Industry Skills Assessors offers to businesses and organisations a one stop training advice and management service.
We can offer from basic training advice to running the training requirements of your organisation, even assist in the recruitment of your apprentices/trainees.
This is conducted in full consultation with the management of the organisation and includes a brokerage service, where if we are unable to provide the training, we will find the most appropriate training organisation to meet your needs.
As a part of the service offered, we can conduct a training needs analysis of your organisation to determine if there are any skills gaps or if personnel are more suited to other areas within the organisation.
This accomplished in several tiers:
- determine what has been done in the past
- determine what is being done now
- identification of future directions of individual and organisation
- identification of skills requirements for future development
- identify current organisation skill requirements
- assess individual staffing skill levels
- determine skills gaps
- identify training requirements
- deliver skills gaps training to staff or arrange training brokerage
- recruitment of new apprentices or trainees
- carry out training review to ensure all needs are addressed
